Delivery | Shipping
- UAE – 1 – 2 days (next day delivery cut off time: 4pm) for locally available products.
- GCC – 3 – 7 days (subject to custom clearance), if applicable, for locally available products.
- International – 7 – 15 days (subject to custom clearance), if applicable, for local available products.
- Products that ship from internationally, however, would require longer time of delivery. If estimated delivery time has been provided on Product Page and/or Checkout Page, that estimated delivery time should serve as final.
- We offer free shipment for UAE. For address outside of UAE, shipping cost may apply. Please refer to Shipping cost at checkout as final.
- 2 calls and 2 attempts will be made for each order delivery. Failure to reach customer or failure to deliver after 2 attempts will be considered unsuccessful delivery and items will be returning to warehouse. No refund will be guaranteed.
- If customer request for 3rd attempts of delivery, shipment cost will be borne by the customer.
- A complete address must be provided in order to have a successful shipment.
- All days mentioned above are referred to working days only.
- Please make sure the product that you purchase is not prohibited items in your shipping country. Any rejection from respective country’s custom due to prohibited commodities are not the responsibility of Dundas and Argyle. We will not be responsible for the unsuccessful delivery and no refund on products as well as shipment cost will be provided.
- We may revise the above terms and conditions without prior notice. If any dispute arises, the company’s determination shall be final.
- The company accepts Credit Cards and Debit Cards only. Orders will be charged in Dirham (AED).
