Returns:
- Once order has been placed and processing. No cancellation and refund can be accepted.
- Once received the order, please check the conditions of the items. We only accept return and refund if the items are incorrectly delivered or have serious defect.
- Any return and refund request should be raised within 30 days of the items received date.
- If return of goods is needed, please contact us by whatsapp +971 58 536 8863, provide us with the Order Number and details about the issues. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return your items.
- To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in the same condition as when purchased, with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approved or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges:
- We do not offer exchange of item.
